a friend of mine got a jonway 50 and after you run a lil piece the lights get dim and when you apply the brakes all lights get brite haedlights brake lights wondered if anybody has had this before

it idle great im wanting to find a cam chaft with a choopy idle (with differt lobe separation and duration) i was told the a15 and a17 was for the dragstrip

Does anyone know if who sells a a15 are a17 cam shaft? and do they have a choopy idle i was told there for the dragstrip.need a little more grunt on bottem end on a stroker motor. motor is a 62mm bbk with 8.2 mmcrank with hoca varitor and clutch and 32 mm carb with pipe running 10g sliders would like some input

how much clearence should i have between top of piston to head wheb i install the cam with the spacer ill need a cam chain thats longer can u get them with adding link mine is i belieave 100 links? or when i dont put spacer just 3 base gaskets i have about .020 in with a used head gasket for sguish purposes also im new to this site its been very help full

Yes thats where i purchased it i done run it for about 10 min and shut it off tore t apart and piston was cracke d on the piston lands so far aint fond no more damage i check clearance and every thing seemed to be right no evidence of it hitting head i have purchaced a new piston and rings its made by hoca the skirts are a little longer on new piston i aint had time to really check it out closer. just got finished strectching it and lowering. i will post some pixs later this afternoon its a baja sc 150. been a mech about 20 years but the gy6 is new to me done built a few stock ones but never this extensive any help would be appresiated

Wondering where you hook the inlet and outlet hose to .I notice that on the case it has two( look like) brass inserts near the oil pump wonder if thats what u tap into and also can you change pump gears to pump more oil ( more teeth )? I'm in the process of building a 62mm with a +8.2mm stroke crank and gonna need to cool her down a bit. wish i had researched a little more before ordering the kit off ebay.

I had the same problem it turned out to be my nut for the starter clutch
