radiator hose diagram for jonway 250 By trvstlh (Read 5,113 times)

Can someone please post a diagram of the radiator hose connections? The hose coming from metal coolant cap under seat is my concern, bike is overheating and this hose has nothing flowing thru it, I wanna make sure its connected to correct side of radiator. Thanks in advance.

I think what you're referring to is the reservoir hose, it won't have anything flowing through it. Rich

Thanks, looks more like my setup there, which bike and or manual is that diagram from? the hose coming FROM waterpump goes where?? the hose coming from the chrome radiator filler cap(NOT attached to actial raditor tho)goes where? thanks in advance

It's from the Reflex manual but it can get a little confusing. The Reflex was built by Honda but is now out of production. There are clones of the Reflex design with two different engines, the Linhai horizontal, and the CF Moto vertical based on the Helix engine (confused yet?). For your bike refer to the Helix manual for the engine, but cable and hose routing will generally be referenced based on the Reflex design for both engines. However, these are clones and there are no hard and fast rules for using the manuals. Both of them can be found on this page of the Library. Rich

thanks for the info, finally i think i have it all set up correctly now, ran for 30 mins. yest. without overheating, 2 other questions for you.....whats the best battery to get? ACID INSERT, OR REGULAR??? also i have 6 wires coming off of ignition switch, could you help me reconnect these? i have alarm and remote start as well, i know to get the lights to turn on as if key is turned to on i need to connect the red & black (From harnes end, not from ignition switch side) wires together in order to start it, now if i connect the red to red and blck to blck this doesnt work
