Finally had a opportunity to work on Project Over my head and I got the engine from the machine shop after they machined the piston down some. I had it running and while it was doing so gas was pouring out of the float drain tube and the exhaust. There was gas even coming out of the carburetor. I am looking for suggestions to get this monster running by weeks end. Thanks in Advance Guys!!!

Well the Drain hose has a screw either next to the drain hose or on the end of the hose. From your saying you need to tighten the drain screw to stop the gas from coming out of the drain hose.
Also the carb appears to be flooding and dumping a lot of gas into the intake. So it could be that the petcock or fuel pump is sending gas THROUGH the Vacuum Line so take the vacuum line going to the Petcock or fuel pump and see if it is wet. If it is wet then you need to replace the petcock or fuel pump whichever one you have.
If the VACUUM line is DRY then your carb float pin is NOT SHUTTING off the fuel inlet when the bowl is full so check your Float and Pin and clean the inlet where the shutoff pin moves up to shut the fuel when full. It could also be the float is out of wack and binding and not moveing up to shut the fuel from coming in when it is full. Alleyoop

Thanks Alley that is what I was thinking but I wanted to make sure I was right. A few months ago someone post a fuel/vacuum line diagram and I can not find it anywhere. Do you by chance know where I can find that diagram?
Thanks
