Copying from a forum where I posted.

Hey guys a guy here selling a 2007 SUNL 250cc SL250-22. It has close to 9,000 miles. He says that when he goes 55 or more it loose power. So it bogs. Another thing is meter of the temp of the motor isn't working. What would be the problem with the scooter for the bog problem? The meter doesnt worry could be fix but he has some sort of rubber inside of the meter. Everything else works. I'm going to share the link of him riding it. And so you guys can

I said half. He was selling for 700 then brought it down to 600 or best offer. I should of went for 450 and see if he can bring it to 500. Anyway's we went for 550 if I get it within a week. It does need tires. But wont be able to even drive it because my permit expired. Can I get renewel? Here are some picture how she looks. I have no extra money. But I know a company in my town that can service them. I'm not a mechanic. But I notice these scooter are expensive over 2,000 grand. But right now I'm on a budget. How can I find out of the engine is worn before I buy it? How does she look worth 550? Thank you so much. And am open to other opinon.

I know more. He isn't using stock Filter. So they I don't think they installed higher jet. They probably damage the piston and ring (runing lean). But it run. I need something tempary and fix it. Is it worth $550? My car is making a noise so I have to have it at the Nissan shop for couple days. I'm on probation at work. So I can't miss work. Thank you guys.

skip it. take a cab and get car fixed. compression is way too low. sounds like you can't afford 2 broken vehicles. unless you can do the work tires will set you back well over $100 too. I would expect to see well over 100# of compression too. You don't say where you live so its hard to say if you can easily get a license to drive it. Some states the cost of a new motorcycle ticket will run a couple hundred.

But the combo cylinder, piston and rings and couple things is only 129 or so. Tires are cheap. Yea around 100 dollars or so. Then guage fuel guage and temp guage isn't working. Probably only 500 dollars or 600 total to fix it. Buying another scooter would cost me over 2,000 if it's new with shipping. Fixing one at a time. But you are really right. But I get the chance to have a 250cc scooter. I'm not good saving.

If the guage of my compression guage is correct would engine still run like the video?

My car is under warranty. Taxi will cost just to drop me off around 50 bucks. So 100 dollars per day. Working days so if they keep my Nissan for couple days let say 5 days. That's 500 dollars just because my brother is tight arse. j/k I will get my car running but for me to save up for a 250cc for a brand new one will cost close to 2,000 if not more. I am no idea what I'm getting. But can an engine run like the video with that low of compression? Start quick and idle decent unlike my worn out 150. And run ok. I saw him coming while waiting for him at Wendy.

Oh crap forgot to tell the guy to hold full throttle. Would that be the reason?
