I would be leary, with those miles on it for half the price of a new one. If you look good, the motor on the right side looks pretty dirty for only having 300+ miles on it. Also notice the Pipe it is BLUE it has been running LEAN.
Unless you go and check it out and ride it and run it at wot and look under the seat and the motor. It may have been laid down and fixed, and why only 300+ on a 2010?? Alleyoop

But how can one cheat on the miles guage without taking apart probably take alot of time to do it or modified it. This sccooter probably had so much problem within first 300 miles that is probably why he didn't rode more? I would like to check it out and compare it to my worn out scooter. Maybe do a compression test.
