I'm a newbie with a Euro Scooter 150cc. The only way to start it is to use the kick start. When it's running , I can hear a buzzing noise. Where is the fuse box in the scooter? Also, the headlights don't work and the high beams don't work but the light on the dash comes on.

I had the same problem on my scoot, just recharge your battery or buy a new one, after that your scooter its going to start, if it does then chek your scooter for loose grounds that might be draining the battery, i had one on the stop light, and once i fixit, no more battery problems... good luck

Yep recharge the battery or replace it. The headlight could just need the bulb changing. Hard to know what the buzzing is without hearing it, might be something simple like a relay flicking on and off quickly.

I'm a newbie with a Euro Scooter 150cc. The only way to start it is to use the kick start. Can you be more specific? It doesn't turn over.....it won't fire....it cranks slow....exactly what is it doing? The guys are right, a bum battery can be a real problem. It might show a 12+ charge but be bad under load.Where is the fuse box in the scooter? There should be an inline fuse on the small red wire running to the battery. They usually won't have a box unless it's something like a CF Moto 150 or a Kymco.

whe i had the same problem ,the buzzing came from the starter, like if it didnt had anought power, but once i recharged the battery, it worked like a charm, after 2 weeks battery started to deschrge littel by lttle, thats when i started to find for a short or a loose ground, wich i found, then after that , no mpre problems...battery has been charged since then...
