I have not taken this out in the winter but I cant wait I look to make it out of the neighborhood atleast. Anything more is a bonus.

Gee you guys are too funny , when my chinese scooter runs . I can't let the weather stop me from riding . If I did between the scooter being down and poor weather I would never get to ride it .
I ride as long as the roads are not iced . I tweeked my electrical system , I ride with Gerbings heated jacket liner , gloves and insoles .

If I were to want to ride in the winter I surely would not attempt it on little fat scooter tires. A dirt bike with tall skinny tires with a knobby tread has a lot more traction on snow. Those little fat tires that ride so good on blacktop and corner so well just don't grab in the snow so well.
And ice.........nothing out side of spikes will hold a 2 wheel bike up. john
