The large wires, one goes directly to the battery and the other directly to the starter. You can use a screw driver and touch both terminals. When doing so the starter should engage and turn the engine over.
If it does turn over, it is time to check the other side of the solenoid, the 2 small wires. Locate the connector on the 2 small wire side of the solenoid and disconnect it. Using a 12 volt test light, connect one end of the test light to the ground side of the battery, Turn the ignition on and probe both wires one at a time, one should cause the test light to light, (usually green with a yellow tracer) if not make sure your brake handle is pulled on, if neither wire causes the test light to light, either the brake switch is bad or a connector to the brake switch has come loose. If that does work, disconnect the test light and connect one end of the test light to the positive side of the battery, probe the other wire and push the start switch, the light should light, if it does not light then the starter switch is bad, if it does you have a bad starter solenoid. Well start the scoot and test the wires going into the ENRICHER it should be getting 12vs. If not then you have a problem down the line if it is getting 12vs by the Enricher then your Enricher is bad. Alleyoop

Thereis a wire coming from the enricher that I taped up last night, I'll take take off and test it there, if it showing 12v the enricher is bad, right.

Yep if it shows 12v then the Enricher is bad. Alleyoop

I tested the enricher a little while ago, I set my meter as if I was testing my battery, black connection on the neg side of battery and the red on one of the metal connection to the enricher, I got (524) scoot was running about 3 or 4 mins. Hope that the right way to test it.

I put the black on the neg side of battery, the hot wire to the first connection wire of the enricher, do you think help to clean where it snaps together?

The power for the enricher usually comes directly from the stator which means it's an AC voltage. Set your meter to measure AC voltage. Will probably be between 10 to 20 volts AC.
