K so my 2008 magnum 150cc scooter had an issue with the vaccum hose on the top right side of the carb some how it wasn't sealing around the nipple and I had the vaccum problem again like last month it would idle but die when reved so I got a smaller hose for that one line and seems to fit better but now the fuel filter is bone dry so carb is bone dry....how can I get the fuel to fill up the fuel filter without it cranked? I've turned it over 20 times and nothing
