Hi, someone tried to steal some parts off of my scooter. I have a Tao Tao VIP Future Champion.

After inspecting the issues I noticed some screws are missing from the belt cover along with the kickstarter being stolen. Also there is an opening near the front which I believe had a hose connected.

I am having trouble finding a reliable and helpful service center here so I figured I would fix it myself.

The questions I have are.

1. What kind of screws do I need to replace the ones missing? (length and width)
2. Was there supposed to be a hose connected to the opening? or just a cover? I'm pretty sure its not supposed to be exposed like it is.
3. If anyone has a scooter like this would they mind sending me an up close high quality picture of the area on this type of scooter so I can find out what's missing?

I'm going to take a picture of the area I am talking about and post it soon.

I don`t know your exact model of scoot but the bolts holding the cover on are normally 6mm diameter.
If you`ve still got some bolts left holding the cover on, then remove them one by one and try them in the holes where the bolts are missing. Sometimes there are different lengths, sometimes they are all the same. If you find one that fits measure its length without the head of the bolt, and try your local hardware store (or take one in with you as a pattern).
The hose which goes on the front of the cover normally disappears under the floorboard area so double check just to make sure it wasn`t shoved in there when removed.
