Does the NCY CDI work on both AC and DC? My BMS Patriot 150 is a DC system. Cannot seem to find quality performance DCI units for DC

I just revived an order with dc cdi's I need to test them. If your not in a big hurry I should have them tested by the end of the week.

If you have a DC system you must use a DC CDI. The one below is NCY but very high end. I'm sure John could do better.

I guess that's possible. The DC gets it's power off of a 12v DC source while the AC uses AC off of the stator. It could be possible to have an input for AC or DC. The problem is that they both use the same port for the power input. I don't see how that port could take AC or DC to power the unit. However, other than that, the other wires are the same.
