How can one account for there being 0.00 volts at the coil and 0.00 volts coning out of the trigger wire to the CDI, when you have a new stator and a new flywheel? I am so baffled that I do not know what to say, think, and or do!!!! I am ready to drop a grenade on this bike!

Did you check the coil feed in series with your multi and set to AC? You should get about 26v AC. You won't get a reading from the CDI unless you test like that. The trigger coil grounds to the case, did you have your ground hooked up so that it went to the case? You may have got a bad trigger coil, it happens all the time.

I have the engine complete and ready to run. I had been having some issues with the stator so I replaced it after I had an issue with one of the wires being a little scorched. During cranking with all the grounds checked and double checked, I am not getting any voltage at all to the coil and or to the trigger wire. The pic above is the new stator and pickup. It looks installed correctly.

have you taken ohm readings of the stator you may have a broken wire in it and something you need to check is it wired the same as the old stator if not it will not work right
