I'll have to check the measurements, but at a glance it looks like it will fit. I'm pretty sure the length and width are within the compartment size, I just need to check the depth.
I'll do all that tomorrow.
Thanks again for the help man.

Your welcome good luck and if you have problems do not hesitate to ask for help. Also make sure you connect the battery correctly, POSTIVE to RED WIRE and NEGATIVE to BLACK WIRE. I have seen to many hurry and connect the ground to Postive side of battery and burn up their CDI and Regulator/Rectifier. Alleyoop

Well, unplugging the alarm helped with the starter issue. No more whizzing and grinding. Just starts up after sitting for 2 days.
As for the bogging, looks like I have no choice to get that screw cap drilled to adjust the air/fuel ratio, but as I mentioned earlier, it's not constant. It's just for the first 5 min of idling or riding then it performs normally. So it's not a huge ASAP kinda fix.
I'm thinking of replacing the spark plug to a better performing one to see if that helps. I hear NGK is a good brand so I'll try that next to see if anything improves.

An Iridium Plug will help if it is a little off on the mixture. You should notice better starting and higher idle as well. Alleyoop

Well My battery is worse now lol. Luckily that scrappydog parts place is in my town and I'm going to see if they have the battery I need in stock.
I'm also having new problems. My instrument cluster is very dim and when I apply the brakes it almost goes completely out.
I'm almost afraid something else may be wrong. Like the stator or something. Aren't the running lights supposed to work normally when the scooter is on and running?
The headlight is fine and doesn't dim, high beams are bright. Only the turn signals and dash goes dim when I apply the brakes.
Sigh, this is a brand new scooter too.

It sounds like your battery could have a dead or shorting cell, which can cause all sorts of weird problems. On an ac system the headlights should be powered by the lighting circuit in the stator which is why they are unaffected. The ancillaries such as the dash, brake lights, turn signals etc. feed via the battery. If there is a short in the battery itself then it will give the same effect as a bad earth. However it`s also worth double checking your earth connections, there should be one lead connecting battery earth post to frame, and one connecting frame to engine. Once you`ve located them, pop each end off and clean the connection, especially any corrosion or paint on the frame or engine where the lead attaches.

Thanks. Well I bought a charger.
After the battery gets charged i'll check the grounds and see how long this battery will last.
I knew from the start buying a chinese scooter meant cheap parts, but I didn't think this would happen so soon lol.
Oh well.

Well charged the battery and the same exact dim issue happens. My grounds are OK I'm assuming because I checked them.
Right now when I turn the key to the on position the blinkers no longer work, the running lights dim as I press the brakes and if I press a blinker it makes everything go dim, to dimmer then back to dim but the blinkers are not lighting up.
Do I have a short somewhere? Did a part burn out? Is the battery gone? This just happened all of a sudden.
Here's what happened. Scooter had trouble engaging when I used the electric start. Lights were completely fine.
Unplugged the Alarm, ran the scooter for a couple days alarmless with the wire harness unjumped. Everything was fine for those 2 days then battery all of a sudden just got super weak.
Plugged alarm back in. Battery continued to be super weak and seemed like it never recovered.
Charged battery on a trickle charger. Charger said battery was finished charging. Put it back in my scooter and the lights are even worse than before.
Right now I'm putting the battery back on the charger til the light turns green again. This charger has maintenance mode so i'm just going to leave it on there over night.
I'm assuming since the battery is charging again after the charger said it was charged that it means the battery is not holding a charge and its probably a goner.
