Got the scoot running today and i almost imediately sprung a oil leak from the bottom of the case. So I am going to tear it back down and do something different. Has anyone ever heard of or used aluminuk gaskets? Here is the web addy. Render opinions please. www.gy6streetlegal.com/ |

I would think they are much better than the paper gaskets. Paper gaskets overtime with the heat and cool down even using syn oil which is much finer can cause it to leak.

use form -a- gasket not silicone it will seal better
