took the carb off again opened it up and realized the pin that holds the floats was pushed out pushed it back in and switched the hoses as you recommended and it runs as normal all fixed, i can bounce it all i want and not a studder

tapout scoot & turbo t3
24mm carb 150cc intake 16/50 gears irridium plug
performance exhaust a9 cam 9.25 gram sliders koso variator 1.5k torque spring
orange coil orange unlimted cdi
uni filter
gates premium belt
2012 taotao vip cy50a 110cc 52mm bbk with big valve head
100 main jet 35 idle iridium plug custom paint and decals alarm system, i ride on roads 45 or less cars that pass me are speeding
