Your first problem is the ENRICHER, it has to fit nice and tight it CANNOT FIT LOOSE otherwise it will not feed it fuel for starting. Now the ENRICHER should have a RUBBER O-RING to make a good seal and the C clamp held on by two screws and it should fit nice and tight. So I would first take the ENRICHER out and MAKE SURE it has the O-RING on the FIRST slot from the END of the ENRICHER. Then NEXT SLOT UP is where the C Clamp goes in to hold it down nice and tight. Also forgot to mention the EXHAUST is a little to wide of a gap. Normally everyone sets the 150s+ scoots to INTAKE .004 inchs and EXHAUST to .004 or .005 inchs. Alleyoop
