scrappys big valve is 22-17 valves and he has non egr. and there is a lot of porting detailed work done to it. hoca's ports are not ported by hand they have a lot of slag in theres right?

my hoca head came perfect no flaws and it has bigger valves overall i couldn't be happier and it cost less

it takes about a month to get scrappys head they are made by order and made after you pay

they may have 47mm big valve heads on hand if you want a 50mm head you have to wait at least a month i called and was gonna get scrappys head first

i'm happy with my hoca head i think i'm getting the most out of my little scoot

but actually the head that comes in those cheap kits on ebay from robotechlegacy and 02starrider have big valves in them and the whole kit is under 60 bucks, i compared them to my hoca head and the valves looked the same size

it's all about the air flow my friend. just because they say big valve that means nothing if the ports arent right.know what i mean?

Find warm place to work on scooter - I am in Maryland Mountains
Get my tools in line -
Tear down motor -
Figure out all the things I need and want.

order parts
get parts and scratch my head and ask myself - am i nuts
((answer wife, yes i needed that))
start assembly with a worried look

OK guys, for now I just gonna sit back and read up on all the other
posts on how to do things, but i know me and when I get started
I know I will have a ton of questions and problems.

((wife says I cant make the bed right, how am I gonna rebuild a motor))

I ran the 60 dollar ebay kit for most the summer i had extra money from scooter jobs is why i upgraded to the scrappys 52mm, not because the ebay kit ran bad its actually a good kit, was good for the time i used it and my friend is still zooming around on the same kit i gave it to him

the price for that kit under 60 ends in five hours the price may be different when its relisted
