I watched the entire video and WHAT was I supposed to hear?? He paid $1000 for it, yeah, it cost $1700 or so new, yeah, you have to remove the swingarm, shock bolt, caliper and muffler, yeah. Thanks for making me sit through that. Been there, done that. He didn't seat the tire properly-maybe-so it's leaking. You could do that on a $21,000 Ducati Panigale. WHY did I have to watch that?
It could have been worse. He might have bought a Japanese scooter and screwed up mounting the tire. JEEEEEZ.
Edit: So I got that out of my system and have to ask. Where's the Ripoff? He bought it privately. He should have taken the tire to a bike shop and had them mount it. Even I don't do tires anymore. Way too much like work. I take the wheel off and put it back on but tire mounting? Nah Uh.

You better get your Chinese made hearing aid fixed Luke. He said "I bought this bike off Craigslist FOR A GRAND" His next line was, "It really wasn't worth a thousand dollars"
How old are you? I'm 61 and I heard him fine. Maybe you don't understand how Asians speak. I'm from the Metro New York City area and we have people from overseas everywhere so that might be it.

I really like that wide low profile rear tire. And, me guess he be a 2nd generation asian. Seemed to speak perfect English to me. Far better than my Japanese

I watched the video poor guy doesn't know how to put on a tire making sure it was soaped up. His tire suction to the rim gave up on him equals rim damage.

What I'm guessing is that he didn't fill up the tire enough to pop the bead. As many of you know it takes a lot of pressure to get a tire to pop over the bead. I had one go to almost 70 psi once. I was relieved when it finally popped but a little leery that it was about to blow up too.

Hello first time poster long time rider and forum reader. I currently live in mt vernon illinois after moving down here from chicago in 2008 . I bought a 50cc bashan scooter as my first scoot last febuary and so far its been good to me. I still own my first 2 bikes a 250 honda rebel and a 1600 Kawasaki Mean streak. I get alot of crap from the young bikers in my area for owning Jap bikes or my lil scoot. My favorite response to hd owners is well at least i dont have to put the bike back together every 300 miles. Hds especially the older ones like to vibrate apart. I mostly use my scoot to travel around town. I get alot of looks because i unrestricted the exhaust and it is a bit louder than people expect it to be. I just wish my owners manual wasnt all in Chinese. The older bikers have even asked to ride it Because they think its great. I like it thats all that matters to me. Just need to figure out how to upgrade it without a bbk and what kind of cdi (dc/ac?) It needs.

Joker, Welcome to the forum, Regarding the type of CDI, easiest way to tel which you have is TURN THE KEY ON and with either a 12v LIGHT TESTER or Volt Meter test the BOTTOM WIRE ON THE 2 PLUG of the CDI. If it is DC CDI it will LIGHT UP the LIGHT TESTER or VOLT METER will register 12v which means it gets its Voltage from the Battery.
IF nothing then it is AC CDI and it gets its Voltage from the STATOR. Alleyoop
