Thanks Rich. Guess I can start using Rich also. Odd thing is, whenI typed it in the quick reply box, it was correct. Then I clicked to post it, and it puked. Nothing happens until you click on "post reply" or "preview". That's when what you typed is sent to the servers. I would turn the program off but then all of the swear words would reappear. I'm not particularly sensitive about that kind of thing but Proboards has gotten hinky since they're going for the PG rating.Any way, love my Patriot 150. In process of trashing all the emission crap. I did find some carb jets from my past life that I am going to investigate. Spent 30 yrs designing fuel systems for GM, and raced cars for some yrs, so I have accumulated a small warehouse of carb parts. If you need any help with trashing the emissions crap let me know, I do it to all of my scooters. However, with a resume' like yours I'm pretty sure you can figure it out.

Hi folks, Got my 2009 Daix 150 trike last summer in a trade for my '96 Polaris 425 Magnum 6x6 ATV. ATV was great for yard work and good for plowing till you locked in the front axle (making it 6 wheel drive without power steering). Already on the disabled list for bad back, plowing snow in 6wd would put me out of commission for 2-3 days afterward. That and the trike weighs about 1/2 the 850 lbs the ATV did. Now I need to get a John Deere Gator for the yard work (one with 4x4, P/S, and front mounted Snowblower).

Very cool Jonreed, same with me I got my PST150H Daix Trike back in March of 2009. Know the trikes very well so if you have any problems just ask. I am disabled from NAM and cannot even get on a Bicycle due to my left hip being fused and 3" shorter. So what me and my brother-in law did is order two MOPEDS back in 2008 well they were slow 30 mph and Hard to get on and off FOR ME due to my fused hip also balaneing when coming to a stop. Well we sold them within 3 months and I got on the web and started looking for something faster and easier to get on and off. Found the ICEBEAR site and saw the trikes but they would not be getting them in the states until 2009. So as soon as I was able to order I ordered two of the PST150H Trikes one for me and one for my brother-in law. I would work on my brother-in laws trike because he cannot even handle a screwdriver and he had a stroke so his left side arm and leg or not up to par. We went to see some bigger scoots with trike kits on them then we found VOYAGER KITS about 70 south of us. We took a ride one day and he had a 650 Burgman and a Sliverwing with the trike kit. He took 650 burgman out and he let us ride it around. Well I asked him if he would sell them he apparently did not those were the trikes he used to take to shows to show his Trike kits that he makes and sells. It was a 2007 650 Burgman and he said I would sell it for 13K. Well that was to much his wife then said there is a guy selling a 2008 650 with the trike kit in the next town. So we got the directions and took a ride and WOW! it was all black and only 3600 miles on it like brand new. Also it was the 650 Executive with all the toys on it. Asked how much the guy said 9,200. I tried and and man was it nice. So on the way home we were talking and I said I will call him and offer $8,500.00 cash. So we got home and I made the call. He said let me get in touch with the owner he is in the hospital and cannot ride anymore. So about 2 hours later he called and said he will take your offer. I told him we would come down tomorrow morning with the money and we would pick it up. We went down there and bought it and drove it back. I only had it for a year for around here where we ride a 650 is really overkill, I used to use the 150 all the time and just take the 650 once in awhile. Then my brother-in law was out riding and he hit a big as pothole and bent the front of his PST150H and he needed the whole front end. He said if I would sell him the 650 I said sure you can have it for what I paid for it. So he bought my 650 and that is what he has now. Alleyoop Here they are my 150 and the 650:
