Well I finally got around to installing my new windscreen(Slip Streamer Scoot-50--got it at Christmas!) on the RT and tried it out on a 20 mile jaunt in 40 degree weather wearin' a baseball cap. All I can say is...NICE ;D. Wind is directed up, over, and around me and ride is much quieter. Only my hands got cold. I'm sure the added wind resistance will affect my top end but she didn't have any trouble gettin' to 60+MPG. And yes, serious modification to the mounting hardware was necessary. lookin good.....a couple of weeks ago I had to hunker down below the tiny screen that comes stock on the bike. I was leaving the local fair and didn't realize the temp was going to drop down to the low 50's. It was a cold ride home but not as bad when hiding behind the screen lol.

Now that is an UGLY looking trike, I think it needs a nose job Looks like a bench warmer, also looks like a pizza carrier, I do like the color though.  Alleyoop  |
