Hi I'm new on here so here goes my speedfight 2 AC 2005 scooter will not start its just making a clicking noise so I changed the battery for a spare I had still not work so bought new battery and spark plug and coil fitted them all still won't turn over just get a clicking sound and oil light stays on immob is flashing when I take key out put key in and go to turn it over and the immob comes on for 3 seconds then goes of. That's how it's always bin so I think that rules that out it has oil and petrol changed the fuse I don't no what to do now any help please.
The bike works of the kick start.

Very cool, ok since it clicks it could be your solenoid, jump the two terminals on the solenoid and if it spins your starter replace the Solenoid. You could try giving it a wack not to hard just a good wack maybe the contact inside is sticking sometimes that works to free up the contact. Alleyoop

Hi thanks for your reply were is the solenoid located on the speedfight 2 ? And how would I go about jumping the two terminals? Can the solenoid be removed and cleaned ?

The Solenoid you will find CLOSE to the BATTERY the POSITIVE THICK RED CABLE will go to the SOLENOID. Get a screwdriver and TOUCH BOTH TERNMINALS on the SOLENOID and it should spin your STARTER. And no the SOLENOID cannot be fixed or cleaned JUST THE TERMINALS can be clean but it does NOT COME APART. Alleyoop

Yayyyyyyyy took bike to bits cleaned it all still not start. give the starter a tap with a hamer and cleaned it up and yes it starts first go there was lots of smoke and the back wheel was not moving so I adjusted the mixture on the carb and now the wheel moves and he bike ticks over sweet just took it round he block and it feels great now couldnt thank you enough thanks m8
