So I got everything on.
Pushed the electric starter and it tries and the fly wheel moves, but thats all.
No "put put" or even pressure coming out of the exhuast.
I did not adjust valves yet. I wanted to at least get it to try to start before I mess with it, so worst case I can put the stock back on and not worry about it, because I don't have a feeler gauge yet
I took off the valve cover and cranked it and I see the cam chain moving and the valves moving.
Please help me, this is my only ride to work.

You need to adjust the valves to the correct gap before you do anything else. The gap is a very important part in order to make the engine run correctly.

What scooter do you have a 150 or 50 or what. Also what motor is on there.
Did you set the timing correctly, and how did you do it. Putting on a BBK you MUST SET THE VALVE GAP they are most likley way off. Go to the auto parts store and get a set that has .004" and .005" feelers in the set. Some kits start with .008" which is to WIDE so make sure the set you buy has .004" feeler. They are most likely REALLY TIGHT and the valves are staying open and is why it will not start NO COMPRESSION or VERY LOW COMPRESSION. Alleyoop
