Hi Again,
Well...we did check for spark and it is super great, LOL!
We also checked the vacuum line off the intake manifold and the scooter did start and run for a few seconds then it shut off.
Thanks and i look forward to hearing from you and I appreciate your help.
Thanks

Hi Again, A quick question. Before I go on to step 2. By doing step one and finding out it is a fuel deliver problem, did this test also let me know if the valves are set correctly? Should I check them again before moving on or is this not necessary? I am about 90% sure we set the correctly. Before we adjusted the valves the scooter did start up, now it will just turn over or should I just move on to step 2. Sorry if I am over thinking this. _____________________________________________________ Ok, now we just have to find where the fuel delivery problem is. YOU HAVE DONE #1 So it is 2, 3, 4 or 5 in my CHECK FUEL DELIVERY write up. I also have spark. Before I go on to the next steps If you have SPARK, then do this: Take the VACUUM hose off the INTAKE MANIFOLD that is the piece that is BLACK and curved and holds the CARB. Squirt a little bit of gas into the connector and put the Vacuum hose back on and try to start it. It should FIRE at least once and may start and die. I do not understand what the heck your trying to say or tell me. Just follow the damn procedure to find out where the fuel delivery problem is.
I have to go by what you tell me You said you adjusted your valves I have to assume you did and did them right. With the tests you already determined it is a fuel delivery problem so just follow the tests, don't over think this stuff . The hardest will be to take the carb off and clear out the clogged PILOT JET and IT'S PASSAGE. But first we have to determine if something from the tank to the carb is wrong. Alleyoop
