I have a 2009 Lottus 50 cc moped I'm having problems getting it started it takes a out ten to fifteen minutes to start no matter the weather and I have to charge the battery every single day I have cleaned the carburetor numerous times and when trying to create vacuum through the pump with the small black hose connect right in front of the throttle cable when watching the fuel pump you ca. See it makes a small movement but then it feels like it clogged up and can't get taste any gas that way any help please
Once I figure out how to put photos up I will show what my carb looks like

I'm not sure what you mean about the hose in front of the throttle cable. You may be using the vac hose on the air cut valve which would work for testing purposes.
Here's Alley's fuel delivery tests. Here's another tutorial. Cleaning the carb repeated times is good practice but not necessary.
Set your valves, it's a huge cause of hard starting.
Check your charging voltage:
How to post pictures.
Ga-uh! Anything else?!

Yes that was the term for the vacuum line, I wasn't to sure on some of the names for the hoses I did a little more research yesterday, I reset the fuel air mixture by turning it all the way clockwise then I backed it out two and a half turns, I could not even get the scooter to start after spraying carb cleaner inside the carb for a quick start would not even sputter it feels like it has compression. I am having a hard time figuring out the make and model of the scooter I have a parts catalog that came with the owners Manuel the only thing that gives the engine a small chance at identifying are the engel models inside the parts catalog one is. Two stroke and one is a four stroke the two strokes engine model is 1E41QMB and the four stroke is 139QMB. Any more help on identifying the scooter make and model would be awesome thank you in advance Sorry if it takes a while or I can't do stuff as I'm doing all of this from my iPhone no access to a computer or tools the only tools I have are what came with the bike and that's a double sided fourteen/ twelve. Wrench a double sides ten / eight wrench a small screw driver and and Allen key

Hi Aaron, Here is a picture of my carb area. See the Short VACUUM hose connected to the INTAKE MANIFOLD. Well take the hose off at the other end, get a paper cup or something and put a TEASPOON of gas in the cup. HOld the hose up and squeeze the cup into a point and pour the little bit of gas down the VACUUM HOSE. It will go directly into the INTAKE, connect the hose back up and try to start it. If it is getting SPARK it will FIRE at least once and may start and die. Let us know WHAT it did. question: Your Carb, is the THROTTLE CABLE connected on a BRACKET on the RIGHT side of the Carb, OR does the throttle cable go into the TOP CENTER of the Carb. Also here is where to find what type of motor you have: Alleyoop

The throttle body is on the right side of the carb of standing behind the bike it's self and I did what you said and it built more compression but not even to start you could Acutally hear it turn over

Ok, one of two things you either do not have SPARK or you do not have COMPRESSION.
So lets check the easy part first SPARK CHECK: A: 1. Take the Plug out OR if you have a SPARE plug just pull the BOOT CAP off the plug on the motor. 2. HOLD the PLUG against the VALVE COVER --NOT THE FRAME-- and crank it and see if you have spark. 3. If you do not have SPARK, check the ground wire FROM THE MOTOR TO THE FRAME, if that is bad or broken the SPARK PLUG will NOT fire while in the motor. 4. Check and make sure the KILLSWITCH on the right hand grip is on the RUN POSITION. If it is not on the run position NO SPARK.
CHECK FOR COMPRESSION: B:
1. Take the PLUG out of the motor 2. STICK YOUR finger in the HOLE and hold it nice and SNUGE in the HOLE. 3. With your other hand TWIST THE THROTTLE wide open and HOLD IT THERE. 4. PUSH THE START BUTTON. 5. If it pushs your finger out then you have some compression. 6. If you feel just a little pressure then you do not have enough compression for the motor to run.
C: Adjust the valves it could be that they are tight and the motor is loosing compression. Set BOTH VALVES at .003 Inchs. Alleyoop

Does this look like it?
If so it's a Lotus 50cc four stroke. If not I don't know what the hell it is.
The code ID's the engine. If it says 139QMB it's a 50cc four stroke GY6.
