Idk whats wrong but I have air coming out the intake insted of sucking in and it spits a little fuel out and its really hard to start. Alfter its running the idle is funny and ill hit the gas and the tire dont move I think I have some kind of reverse pressure and I dont know how to fix it can anyone help

Sounds like you need to check your valve gaps and adjust them as nessisary. willc.

I took it apart and I am missing the bolt on my valve adjuster

Yes, BUT WHAT where is the one that is missing?? If it is not laying around the rockers it fell down the CAM Chain opening. You have to get a Magnet and try to fish it out OTHERWISE there will be trouble in river city. Look for it on the chain or chain tensioner or down between the chain by the Crank sprocket.
DO NOT BE RUNNING THAT MOTOR or turning it over, until you find it, otherwise you will be taking the motor apart. Alleyoop

DO NOT BE RUNNING THAT MOTOR or turning it over, until you find it +1000 to what Alleyoop said ^^ - don't even turn that thing over until you find the screw AND the nut!!
