I would get a new jug and piston the way the piston is marked up the jug is also scored and will happen again if you just put a piston in it. Alleyoop

I agree with Alley. Best to replace both sooner than later .Otherwise its just more $$$ out of the pocket if you don't . willc.

is a jug a cylinder ? sorry im a n00b if i get a 80cc BBK(The one from ScrappyDog), will i have any problems installing ??
would this piston cause troubles with starting?

Yes the jug is the cylinder that the piston rides up and down in.
If it produces enough compression it should start. But the question is what caused it to score like that, did you check the rings on it are they all in tack. if all is in tack then I think it was running really LEAN and it expanded and almost seized. Alleyoop

yeah, im thinking the last owner ran really lean and put regular gas in it.
