I have a TNG grand sport 150cc scooter and the high beam went out, I'm getting all the power to the light (h3) bulb on my voltmeter, could it be the switch is bad, also there is a green wire that looks like it was soldered to something before but can't find where to, but anyways that wire is not connected to anything, it is located under the seat. any help would be appreciated.

Could be, Green wires are ground and if it has a male or female connector try and look around for a wire with the opposite type connector. Alleyoop

Maybe the bulb is half blow? My high beams went out too. But low still worked. Then I would smack the light and it would turn on but cut off shortly after... Now its the opposite way low wont work but will when smacked, but high work.
