My tail light went out one day at my friends house. Went to replace and now the fuse blows every time I try to start it. I think? I only tried one fuse. I was not staying there so I just connected the two fuse connectors and left. Been riding like that ever since with no problems. What problem could occur by doing this?

What did you replace the bulb with? Also check the wires going to that socket that you changed the bulb on, sounds like you may have pulled the one of the wires out and it is shorting out.
Running it without a fuse you may blow other bulbs on it and or you may see SMOKE and wires melting. Alleyoop
