have a GY6 150cc go cart and cant get power to starter ..I can jump solenoid and starts.. so bought new solenoid still no power coming out of solenoid ..what now ??

If you jump the solenoid and the starter turns the problem is the starter button circuit. The solenoid is just a relay that closes a high current circuit (starter) when a small current (starter button) is closed. here's a diagram:

To close the solenoid to actuate the starter you must first pull in the brake handle to energize the brake light circuit. Then when you push the starter button it draws a current from the brake light circuit through the solenoid and boom...the starter turns. Here is a tutorial on how to test the various aspects of the starter circuit. You must have a multimeter to perform these tests.
