Snake oil IMO. The Chinese have cloned most of their products, many from Honda. If that device was even marginally effective you'd see it on the Japanese and Taiwanese bikes.

A few years ago they were selling a similar thrust bearing for spring powered pellet guns. After a few boxes of pellets the bearing came apart and the little balls ruined the gun. There were some $500 + guns ruined this way. Springs only twist a portion of a turn instead of going all the way round and round so these bearings get worn bad in small areas causing them to fail quick.
