No you do not sign up and you do not create an ALBUM what for you have the picture in a PIC FOLDER on your computer. Just load up the picture and that is what I do. Why should I create an Album I already have them in an Album different folder for CARBS, MOTORS, etc on my computer. Just copy the picture you want to show.
