Hello. I have finally got this scooter to fire with quick start but it wont actually run. There is fuel in the fuel filter and I am really close. I'm still not convinced I have the fuel lines hooked up correctly.
Here is how I have my fuel lines running. The first image is how I was told to hook it up. The second is how I originally had it.




I am so close please dont blow me off!!! This has taken 3 months.

Take the whole RED VACUUM LINE off the "T" PLUG IT UP and Take the HOSE going to the AIR BOX and plug the CONNECTOR on the AIR BOX and get rid of the whole mess from the "T" DOWN.

You have a gravity fuel fed system, the fuel line must not go up and down getting to the carb and cannot be lower than the fuel inlet on the carb. So a nice straight shot from the tank to the fuel filter then to the carb.

After you plug up the Orange Vacuum line and get rid of the other stuff. Take the fuel line off the CARB put it in a container and crank it FUEL SHOULD COME OUT and stop when you stop cranking.

Hi Alleyoop. It still wont start and there is gas in the fuel filter. So I I don't know whats next. I have the top valve set at .03 and the bottom at .04

I hope you mean .003 inchs and .004 inchs on the valves?

Ok, take plug off the Vacuum ORANGE VACUUM HOSE I told you to plug up and get a cup or spoon with gas and hold the vacuum up and pour gas down the vacuum hose directly into the intake PLUG the vacuum hose up and try to start it. IT SHOULD fire at least once and may start and die.
Get back on that test.
