Yes, I do believe that it is a license plate mount. I don't take it off because it leaves 3 holes in the front! Come to look at it through, it does look like a mustache! |

you can attach a portable snow plow to that mustache mount... to make that scooter more useful..lol

you can attach a portable snow plow to that mustache mount... to make that scooter more useful..lol I'd like to see that 50cc motor push any decent amount of snow out of the way! |
