Put up a link of what you have or where you got it, or a picture so we know what we are dealing with. It always helps to put your town and state in your profile just in case some one in your area has a fix and could talk you through it. There are many names on the side of chinese scooters but few basic designs and most have a usable electrical diagram here in the library.

Hey man, glad to have you on board. If you hit the turn signal switch and the blinkers just come but don't blink it's usualy a bad relay. They look liked this:
You can find it behind your instrument cluster, in the lower front cowling, near the battery, or along the top side rails. If you need more assistance post in the clinic section under 50 to 200cc.You'll get more eyeballs on it that way. If you need anything round the forum just shoot me a PM.
John is correct, you won't find a repair manual specific for your bike. Look in the Library under manuals and you'll find generic ones that we use on all GY6 scooters. Have fun!!

Yes your Turn Signal Flasher went south, but you can buy them at any Auto Parts store. When you find it just check how many wires or connectors it has and one with the same number. Some come with 2 and some with 3 wires and they are 12v Flashers. Alleyoop

It's a ZNEN ZN125T underneath, basically the same as my bike. If you're from the UK the Lexmoto Tommy or Lexmoto Valencia are the same bike too.
And yes, as already said you need to remove the cowling below the handlebars and it's mounted at the front of the bike. As you will see on the left, I too have pretty much the same bike.

Theres a Haynes manual for chinese scooters, and it covers most of what you need. Its pretty useful.
