Seems all 11 of them are dead. Only one has ever posted....once...over two years ago! This is getting like the old scooterdawg. They had at best maybe 10% of their members that posted at all.

I have tried in the past to delete stagnant accounts. It seems like every time I do the guy e-mails me and asks why I got rid of his membership. A lot of the accounts are folks who just wanted to get into the Library and pillage tech info. I have no control over that but I would hope they join in on our discussions. I belong to a computer tech forum and they have a system where the more you post the more areas of the forum you can get into. Unfortunately Proboards doesn't have an option like that. I might do a hatchet job on the membership when we move to the new forum at the end of this year. However, right now I'm maxed with repairing computers and running my clinic. I'll look into it and see what I can come up with.

Out of 12 birthdays for today only 2 have ever posted, the first only once. Too bad there isn't an easy way to fix it. I belong to one forum that requires 30 days and at least 20 posts for more privileges but is is some private type linux software that is running it. Pretty well keeps the rif-raf out and grounded.

I find on most forums that you generally get a select few people that are active and post the most. I always try to get involved when I register as I think it's a great way to meet people and hear differing opinions from all over the globe. Perhaps a lot of people often register just to find some information, or get help on a particular problem, then don't bother again. You get out of it what you put in.
