So I am now the proud owner of a second hand 2010 peace sports 50. Its OK, except for not doing more than 25mph unless I'm headed down hill. I was wondering what's the easiest way to unrestrict it so I could get just a tad more power from it

Check your Variator it may have a washer to stop the Variator from closing so the belt does not climb high to keep the speeds down. Also the carb could also be restricted, some come with a limiter so the DIAPHRAGM cannot rise enough to pull the needle all the way out for more gas, as well as the Header pipe they insert a piece of pipe smaller to restrict the motor from breathing and getting rid of the exhaust. Another one could be a restricted CDI which limits the RPMS the motor will rev up to.

That WAS a150cc 149.6 motor, it is modded to the hilt. It will smoke most 250s(HAHA) and definitely the 300cc Trikes.

Peformance Coil/CDI- Cdi is one that is retarded at low rpms but advances at 3000 rpms, my motor has so much compression it kicksback with any other fixed advanced performance Cdis.

205/65-10 Kenda Load Tires-3"s taller than OEM

Where is the air/fuel mixture screw on this carb? its running about a 1/2 turn too rich.
