Well i guess buying a second hand scooter turned out worse than i thought. I didnt realize i had a gear oil leak and ended up running it out of gear oil to where it seized up.
I got the rear wheel and CVT cover off but am having problems removing the clutch. What kind of tools do I need and what else do I need to remove?
Is there even a remote chance that i could fill 'her back up with oil and let it sit for a while and " unseize the gears?" How expensive are parts if I need to replace all the gears inside the gearbox? my engine code is a 1P39qmb,.
2900 miles on it.

Its probably the bearings that are seized not the gears. The gears are most likely good but you will have to replace all of your bearings. You will have to open it up and get the numbers off the current bearings and order new ones. Some probably will be pressed on the shaft but you can go to a garage and for a 10 spot or so they will get the old one off and press the new one on. Alleyoop

If your rear end behind the CLUTCH looks like this you will have to take the Wheel off. See those big bolts those have to come out. Now if behind the CLUTCH you see about 5 or 6 bolts holding a plate then you take those bolts off and pull the WHOLE plate with the CLUTCH SHAFT in one piece. Alleyoop

I already removed the wheel and the CVT cover. How do I get the clutch off? Do I need an impact wrench for it or is there a secret to keep the outside of the clutch spinning while I undo it? Also its lefty loosely right? Just wanted to be sure it wasn't reverse threaded

It is not reversed thread LEFTY LOOSENs it and RIGHTY tightens it. You best bet is an Impact Wrench also for the Variator nut as well. Alleyoop

Put the wheel back and lock up the brake,.....but with out the impact you will damage things eventually. The variator will end up broken if you try to hold the fins. Much less expensive to bite the bullet and get one right off the bat.

If you open the CLUTCH PULLEY and PUSH THE BELT DOWN you will not have to take the Variator off. If you do it that way Make sure the belt stays in the VARIATOR so it does not disturb the Weights and have them move out of position in the ramps. So keep the belt LOW in the Variator. Alleyoop

Where is the best place to get bearings for this thing? Could I just get some bearings of the same size at a local parts store or do I have to get ones specifically made for the scooter

Bearings have numbers on them. They are standard numbers all bearings have. You could take them to a parts store or better yet a bearing specific store and they will be able to match them.

You can get bearings from a lot of places, just make sure you get the numbers off the current bearings and google for them. Alleyoop
