I bought a new carb as I am "Pretty" sure" that was my problem. But now, it will start and idle just fine, but when I give it Any throttle it dies.
IF I Cover the Air Box inlet, and basically, manually choke it, I cover it and slowly let off as I increase the throttle and it will go all the way open and stay running. I think that it is my Auto/Choke, I used the old one off the original carb, as mine did not come with one from a local shop.
I'm sure this is something really small, just can't pen point it. I HAVE adjusted and tuned the carb, all the way in and 2 turns and a 1/4 COUNTER clockwise. No leaks in the intake visible, and it COULD be an exhaust leak or improper valves, I set the valves at .005 intake and exhaust.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Check out the ENRICHER, wait till it cools off at least an hour or so and then take the ENRICHER OFF. And look at the PLUNGER: Check it against the pictures below: Alleyoop If when you take it off COLD it looks like this THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM: If when you take if off COLD and it LOOKS like this then it could be that the air passage is clogged or the fuel inlet or the fuel outlet on the ENRICHER. OR to much air is coming into the carb. Also when you take it off COLD, lay it on its side and COVER THE HOLE with your THUMB and HOLD IT THERE AND TRY STARTING IT and see if it idles up and stays running without giving it throttle.

I will def check my enricher, I bet thats what it is, BUT I dont understand why I can cover the air inlet, coming off the air box, and as I open the throttle uncover it, and it will go full throttle??
No leaks that I can see... at least on the intake(NEW CLAMPS, NO HOLES Etc) COULD IT be a leak on the exhaust side??
THANKS A MILLION ALLEY!

If it is leaking by the FLANGE where it connects to the motor you would hear it, it is louder and most likely you would get backfires when you let go of the throttle.
The question why it starts and revs up is your are cutting off some air and when you do that it feeds more fuel. Alleyoop

Not Always Alley. On my 150 it cracked right near the clamp to the carb. No backfiring, but eventually it wouldn't idle and lean surged like crazy at half to three quarter throttle. It drove me crazy trying to find it too. I even have a spare manifold in stock now, just in case.
I'm thinking he has a cracked manifold that was aggravated when he replaced the carburetor. Or a vacuum line off in that area.

IT DOES BACK FIRE!
When I let off the throttle, it backfires a small poof of air!

If it is backfiring check where it connects to the motor sometimes one of the nuts comes loose and may even vibrate all the way loose and you will have a missing nut on one of the studs. Also when putting on a new gasket and tightening the nuts onto the studs, hold the Flange up nice and even and when screwing on the nuts do not tighten one then the other criss cross threading the nuts onto the studs. If you tighten one side then the other it may push the gasket off to the other side and it will leak. So thread the nuts up evenly then NICE and SNUGE DO NOT over tighten or you could strip the head and or the studs will snap in half. Alleyoop

I'm not sure WHERE my exhaust leak is... I have replaced the exhaust gasket, Everything is tight, Absolutely no HOLES or anything in the muffler, but I still get a Small backfire... AND the only way I can get the scooter to move is to cover the intake with my fingers until about 2/3's of the throttle, then I can take my fingers off and it runs great... Any ideas?? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
