The headlights will not go on High beam pass will go on when switch is pressed Pull the bulbs ( pain in the butt) I tried with 12 volts and they lit up. Checked the handlebar switch and it doesn't look corroded. Anyone have issues with headlights?

Put the headlights on and Test for 12v at the socket. If you have voltage there then look for a bad ground. If no voltage then check at the switch when on if 12v is there if so then bad switch not making good contact. Alleyoop

All of the wires up front come to this : Then along the frame. How do all of those wires get shrunk down to this? then down the frame This is the light connection. The wire colors do not line up from male to female. Is there a writing diagram some place that might be floe to this?

If it worked before the line up of colors is not the problem. As alley said check with a meter. When they did work did they come on with the ign sw or did they come on after the engine was running? If so you may have a diode that is bad now.

Get yourself a 12V Light Tester they are INDISPENSABLE for your type of problem to check if voltage is getting to the part that is not working. Just Clip the BLACK wire to GROUND and PROBE the wires going to what is not working. If Voltage is getting the part your checking the Light Tester Will LIGHT UP. Everyone should have one of these makes finding the problem easy as pie. Alleyoop

Took everything apart pulled plugs put them back together and they work. Someone must have gotten into my garage when I wasn't looking and fixed it.

Welcome to the world of two wheeled entertainment. A Suzuki service bulletin once stated that in over 90% of claims of bad electrical components the problem wasn't bad components but bad connections somewhere.
