My scoot has an issue. Runs great most of the time!
Only problem i have is when i go to take off after sitting at an intersection for more that 30 seconds or so, when i give it some throttle it sputters a bit then goes. Hot or cold doesnt matter. AF adjustments havent helped. If i stop for a moment then go alls well. If i put on center stand and let it idle for a few it does the same thing. If I only let it idle for a second or so and give her gas no problem.

Take the diaphgram out and Move the Clip UP ONE NOTCH on the needle that will take some fuel away when the needle rises. It appears it is getting to much fuel at times and loading up a little. Also it may be Idling to Low you can maybe try raising the idle just a little. Alleyoop

Oh one other thing i noticed. This 18mm keihin carb came with a 35 pilot jet, Stock pilot was 33 but it doesnt fit on the Keihin. The threads are different.. On other 50s Ive had i was able to get pilots as low as 32 but noithing smaller than a 35 for this one. Could this be an issue?

Yes it could the 150 carbs come with a #35 pilot jet. Do this turn the Fuel ratio screw clockwise and see if it kills the motor. It should kill the motor when the screw has 1 turn left on it before it stops. Alleyoop
