74 wont work...what sizes do you have? If you dont have a jet pack try 85-88 with stock box or 100 ish without...Really? Performance box and filter worked with a 74 main jet??

I do have a #85 jet.....i ordered it when i got my new air filter and exhaust...but when i put it in originally.... the engine would bog down and not make any speed....didn't matter how i adjusted the carb....so i put the #74 in and it worked fine and has for months....but now that i have big bore kit i figure i should have to go up a size on the jet..keeping in mind i still have to break the engine in i wondered what size would be best...i also took this opportunity the put on a new variator, clutch and belt. i also bought stiffer springs for the clutch but i dont plan on putting them on right away......THANKS TO ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE HELPED ME.....CHEERS

Yes, try the #85, I can see why the #74 probably worked for you since you live in FLorida. In hot temps the motors need a lot less gas. Alleyoop

ok i will go with the #85.......i think i might have also gotten away with the #74 because my scooter is a 2008 and i might have lost some compression... no idea how many miles it has on it because the speedo was broke when i got it.....the elctric start didnt work either because the battery was totally dry......seriiously who doesnt know to check the water in the battery......i pulled out the reeds they arent the origionals and are in good shape as well as all the bearings etc in the cvt....cheers
