Ok, My Jonway 150cc, F-One started pouring gas out of the air intake side of the carb ( it was coming out of the air filter box ) a couple of days ago, so I figured the float needle valve was dirty and stuck and just letting the fuel flow so I pulled the carb off (the carbs all apart already and on my table, I've cleaned the entire carb and the bowl was clean, I cleaned the float needle (it looked clean) the main jet was a little dirty, but its clean now.
Ok here's my problem: I got the smaller Idle jet and blew it out with carb cleaner, and I got a tiny brush bristle to go thru it, but in the light it looks like there is a mesh screen in it...
Is there one ? because it looks to me ( bad eyes maybe ) like it's a micro screen...even though I've watched videos of someone sticking a thin wire all the way thru ??
I would really appreciate some help because I don't want to put it all back together and find out I still got junk in it.

what could be in there ? the hole is so tiny, I did get a tiny brush hair to go thru it, but nothing solid, I even tried a tiny tiny needle but it would not go thru. Any suggestions ?

There was some disagreement some time back that the pilot jet is hollow or not . I think there is something in there , not sure its a screen .

Hello, it looks like a tiny mesh. I did get a hair off of a brush to go thru, but not a tiny tiny needle. what could it be ?

Well Hell, I still say there's a mesh/screen/filter in my Idle Jet....but I can stick a bristle off of my computer blower brush head thru it. I've squirted Carb Cleaner thru it, like a stream, so I put the Carb back together...its as clean as a whistle, you could eat off of it. Matter of fact its sitting on my dinning room table in an open shoe box and it doesn't have any smell at all...like new metal....hopefully she'll run like brand new.

Afterthought....if its clogged....I'll just buy a new Idle Jet, they're dirt cheap...and I can get one local.
