Yes gas got sucked up at first then stopped. Kick start works. Bike fell on left side. will post pic tomorrow. Intake looks ok. Only ground I see comes from right side of motor to battery negative.

There should be a Ground wire from BATTERY TO FRAME. Most have a ground wire from the NEG post of battery to FRAME then a ground wire from one of the valve cover BOLTS to the same spot on the frame as the one coming from the battery.
Well if it fell on the left side that may have damaged the kickstarter then with you kicking it to start it did the final number on it.
WHAT DO YOU mean it stopped sucking in gas?
To check for gas flow from the TANK to the Carb; Take the FUEL HOSE off the carb put it in a container and crank it. Fuel should stream out and stop coming out when you stop cranking. Alleyoop

Cranks strong, nice and blue after new plug install. The line sucked up some gas but would not start so took line out of gas and it went down then tried again would not start and pulled line out of gas it was full and did not go done in line. Kicks over fine I feel compression when kicking over but use electric start most of the time. Don't see another ground will try to run one. Will check gas flow tomorrow fuel fills new filter when I put a pull on the vacuum line.

I would assume it has a PETCOCK and not a FUEL PUMP since you said you pulled vacuum and gas flowed out. Now if the gas tank is above the carb it is gravity fed. Make sure the FUEL LINE from the tank to the carbs FUEL INLET has NO UPS AND DOWNS or it goes LOWER than the Fuel Inlet on the carb. It has to be a straight shot from the gas tank to the Petcock to the fuel filter to the carb inlet. Fuel has to flow DOWNHILL so any ups and down in the line it will have trouble filling the Carb Bowl.
Yes, add a piece of wire to one of the VALVE COVER bolts to the frame that will insure a good ground of the motor. Alleyoop
