I would start tracking down the electricals. The coil and the 2 wires that attach to it are known to work lose. That jarring could have done it.

I would change the spark plug first, then spray starting fluid in the engine before I screwed a new plug in and see what happens. If it fires and dies, the carb is goofed up, maybe a stuck float needle. I know you say you have spark but check the kill switch too. It may have gotten jarred when you picked the scoot up.

Sprayed starting fluid nothing. Can smell starting fluid coming out exhaust. Also checked kill switches all intact. going to try and bypass them and see what happens. Will check vac lines but already went over them but will again

I had that once with a 50cc scooter. I saw spark, screwed around with carb, fuel lines and vacuum lines. I even checked the valve adjustment. I put a new plug in and it fired right up. If you're smelling ether in the pipe it's not firing. Also check spark plug cap and coil wire.

Could it be valve adjustment? It ran fine before this. Hole in the piston?

put the spark plug back in , crank the engine with a vac line submerged in fuel about 1 ounce let it get sucked up the vac line . See if it will start if so reconnect the vac line before it stalls .

OK, you have spark so it's not the kill switch. You sprayed starting fluid in the spark plug hole and it wouldn't start. Does the kick starter still work on it?

question, did you check for spark GROUNDing the plug to the Valve cover or motor? The spark plug may fire grounding it to the frame but if the ground wire from the frame to the motor is loose or broke it will not fire in the motor.
If your getting SPARK the CDI is working and the KILLSWITCHS are ok. What side did it fall over on the LEFT or RIGHT side. Take a pic of the CARB area maybe we can spot something out of place or loose or broken. Alleyoop

Maybe the intake manifold got goofed up when the carb was taken off.

Did the vac line suck up the fuel ?
Alley made a good point with where your grounding to check for spark .
