Hello. Today I noticed that both front AND rear turning signals are not lighting up AT ALL when I signal left and also the blinking left arrow on the dashboard is not lighting up either. Since all 3 lights are not lighting up I'm guessing its not a bulb issue and it's wiring or a fuse of some sort. How do I look into this? Thanks!

First off, do you have a reasonable schematic for your scoot?
The problem is probably not a fuse or the flasher since other lights work.
Most likely the problem is a dirty or corroded contact in the switch. A bug or something could have crawled in there. Try turning the switch on and off many times. Push on it and wiggle it sideways a bit. Some contact cleaner or WD-40 sprayed into the switch may also help.
A wire from the switch or connector could be broken or loose also. To identify which wire it is may take some luck and a schematic. The control wires rub against body panels when the handle bars are moved. Wires or connections can pull loose.

Intermittent problems are the most challenging.
