That's pretty good for a used bike though. Once you have it ironed out it will be a blast.

Cool. I would take it easy to see if any flukes pop up. It would be real easy to let it run. Vespas are a sweet ride.

Oh I did have a question,,knowing this thing only has under 100 miles ,, will the engine smooth out, as in less vibration? I'm sure it will after break in but with no experience with this type of bike I wasn't sure

Cycle World magazine had one up to an honest 59 mph on a California Freeway about that time. They're really good on anything less than an interstate but even then good for short hauls amongst the trucks.
Vespa has always made a solid, if expensive scooter. The only knock is that in any year they cost more than a Kawasaki 250 Ninja or Honda Rebel. Even now a Rebel or Suzuki GW 250 costs less OTD than a 150cc Vespa.

Yes KZ I know an being the historic CHEAP BASTARD that I am I never could justify a vespa over a big wheel bike,, the price always pushed me away,,, and in fact this is the exact reason I don't have a shifter vespa or a stella,,, new a Stella is 4500 otd ,to me this is crazy talk,,,

I see we talk the same language. My three beasts cost less altogether than my wife's one Rebel. I tried to talk her into a Chinese Rebel clone but she wasn't having it. I bought the 250 Fashion with 1800 miles for less than the cost of my 1 mail order 150cc. I wasn't even in the market for a bigger scooter but when it came up on Craigslist I jumped on it. You got a major bargain with the ET-4. At 100 miles on the clock it's a $4500 scooter for free at the price you got it.
I hear Luke bragging about his $2400 Morph and I gag. I've seen 1000cc Kawasakis for less.
