You have to wonder what the guys who monitor imports at the docks were doing when these things came through. CF Moto got caught there and their stuff was legal. After that how did these things get in?

Wonder if that guy is the same or from the same outfit that screwed so many in 2008 and 2009, was a texas and oklahoma co. Some thing like discount atv or similar. From the numbers there might be a lot of their customers getting notices down the line.

Maybe that's why my Bashan has been so good. It might not have all the crap settings that foul up the running on legitimate ones. LOL

Good chance those scooters came in thru a texas port too. Those from a california port and sold out of california can't even be legally started up there! So if there were to be a problem the only way the importer would know is from customer complaints from the rest of the 48.
