the problem with commuting with motorcycle on a regular basis is that rider tend to get comfortable, and tend to fall asleep sometimes, and you know what happens when you sleep while riding a two wheel vehicle.. go figure!!

Obviously you've never commuted by bike. You might fall asleep on a heavy, rolling Barcolounger with no power but but the rest of us appreciate that a good machine makes you happy, alive and alert. I've used all my fleet to commute to work and I was far from falling asleep on all of them. Especially my wife's Rebel.
The sounds, the smells, the feeling of freedom and motion, the acceleration. All the things you miss in a car while pulling a trailer.

That's messed up. Lol. Matt Thanks, I did my best. Now where are those 828 belts from Bando? I need one for my commuter scooter. We ordered them in October, and Bando has VERY long lead times from Japan (really, all overseas vendors run about 4 month lead times on large orders), so they should be in stock by the end of the month. Why thanks Matt. October was when I mentioned it to you. It's why you're at the top of the list when I need something, you people listen.

you must have forgotten what happened to bluefront...

First off, nobody here knows what Bluefront was doing when he had that accident. He could have been riding to Starbucks for all we know. Second, people die on motorcycles, bicycles and scooters all the time...cars with trailers too. If you have to live in fear that using anything will kill you then you shouldn't leave the house.
Third. Of all the Class less acts, this one takes the prize. Invoking the name of a DEAD scooter rider as if it just proves your point is absolutely below the line. Especially in this vein. Just remember the rule Bath Tub Boy. Most accidents happen within 10 miles of home. How far is Starbucks?
Everybody else: Just keep racking up those commuter miles. It saves gas and a gives you something to look forward to every day.
