Hello, I have replaced CDI, Coil and Stator still no spark. Removed kill switch wire from cdi, nothing. Any suggestions ?

could be a number of things,,,kill switch in off position? pickup coil (hall effect sensor) vibrate off of it's perch? ground wire vibrate loose from engine? coil getting voltage?,,,,

all plug type connectors tight and put together correctly?

How did you check for NO SPARK?
When you replaced the stator did it come with a new PICK UP COIL?,Also check the ground wire from the motor to the frame if that is bad no spark. And you eliminated the kill switch by removing the kill wire from the cdi so thats not it. Did you try a new plug or different plug. Alleyoop

I was thinking stators come with p/u coil.. mine did..just sayin..
