If its a GY6 150cc... It has a screen mesh filter . Its a 17mm large bolt lookin thingy about the center of the bottom of the engine. First drain it on the drivers side of the scooter, its a lateral mounted 17mm plug. Then pop the 17mm on the bottom. Theres a large flange on the oil filter bolt and the oil filter element. Make sure the rubber washer part of the oil filter is down when ya put the filter back in..Keeping in mind theres a spring in there too. Small end goes up, big end down, I use brake cleaner on my filter.. Also U Tube has several vids on this..Its easy.. I leave my filter and plug out, kill switch off, and spin the engine about 5 secs to blow any extra oil out. I use castrol 15-40.. Mine works well with 3/4 of a quart btw

I'd do .006 on that exhaust valve and .005 on the intake.. The EX valve tends to stretch. However Ive seen intake valves do the same.. U cant get a good carb adjustment unless those valves are right.. U can also do it by feel.. but would'nt try it if ur new to mechanics.. Just Sayin'
